SPF & DMARC Generator

Create the necessary DNS records (SPF/DMARC) to increase Email Deliverability and prevent domain spoofing with our wizard.

Why are SPF and DMARC Important?

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) specifies who can send emails on behalf of your domain. DMARC tells the recipient server what to do (Spam, Reject, or Report) if SPF or DKIM fails. Without these, your emails may be blocked by Gmail/Outlook.

Soft Fail (~) vs Hard Fail (-)

`~all` (Soft Fail) accepts unauthorized emails but marks them as suspicious. `-all` (Hard Fail) strictly rejects them. Soft Fail is recommended during initial setup.

What are DMARC Reports?

If you add an email address (RUA) to your DMARC record, providers like Gmail will send you daily XML reports. These reports show who is trying to send email on your behalf.

Email FAQ

Where do I add these records?
You must add them as a "TXT Record" in your DNS management panel (Cloudflare, cPanel, etc.). Use `@` or your domain name for the Host, and the code generated here for the Value.
What is "Include"?
If you use third-party services like Google Workspace, Sendgrid, or Mailchimp, you must "include" their SPF records in yours. Otherwise, emails sent from those services will land in spam.
